Job Posting: RN Health Coach

Are you a dedicated RN with a passion for coaching and wellness? Join our team as a Health Coach, supporting employees at BorgWarner in Arden, NC.

Position Overview: We’re seeking an RN with an active, unrestricted nursing license and experience in Coaching, Wellness, or Family Practice. Hospital-only experience is not preferred.

Schedule

Monday: OFF
Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Thursday & Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert input on complex Nurse Case Management projects.
Guide and support junior professionals.
Conduct telephone triage to assess member needs and provide health information for informed decision-making.
Perform thorough symptom assessments using established criteria and protocols.
Utilize software, written materials, online resources, and nursing expertise to provide appropriate medical guidance.
Operate independently, requiring minimal technical support.
Exercise professional judgment in adapting both standard and complex techniques and procedures.
Apply deep professional knowledge to develop models, procedures, and monitor trends within Nurse Coaching.
